The entire experience was GREAT! When I called the office, Angie was friendly and courteous. She told me someone would contact me quickly when they were on the way to my house. Ryan was AWESOME! He was professional, on time, and knowledgeable. He was able to find the problem with my unit and got the problem resolved quickly. The price was great and the service was even better. I would recommend Bartholomew Comfort Service to any and everyone!

The night before we were without A/C all night and it was unbearable. The last thing I wanted was to go another night with out it. Brady was able to come out the same day that I scheduled thanks to Angie for finding me a spot! What a great team! Brady replaced the capacitor, cleaned and serviced the system and did all the checks necessary to make sure we’d be nice and cool on these hot days! Thanks again! I couldn’t recommend them enough, absolute life savers!

I have used BCS for many years, and NEVER had a bad experience!! Years ago I had lost my AC on 4th of July, and they came and fixed it that day!! (I will be forever grateful, and never forget!)They are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, and I trust them completely!!
